Lauren Ruth Ward is an American singer, songwriter, guitarist, actress, director, producer, and model, best known for her debut self-titled EP, released in 2016. She released her debut studio album, Well, Hell in February 2019. Lauren elevated her music career to a whole new level in 201 with the release of singles Valhalla, Pullstring, Hungry Barber, We Are Grown Ups, Same Soul, Wise Gal, and The Wild Honey Pie Buzzsession.

Lauren thinks that the music entertainment industry is “a patriarchal mess,” and wants to help change that. She promotes equality and having an equal presence of both sexes and all races as she feels both feminine and masculine.
Lauren didn’t fear about splitting from record label Weekday Records as they simply “didn’t see eye-to-eye.” In addition, she knew that living in Los Angeles allowed her to hire numerous music producers even with a hairstylist salary.
